Queen of Hearts fancy dress costume includes a fantastic one-piece full-length gown featuring long black slim fitting sleeves with lace cuffs, white lace collar and puffy shoulders with golden trim. The bodice has a red heart shape at the bust-line, and the rest of the bodice is black and white chequered pattern on both the front and the back. There is a zipper at the back and is very subtly crafted into the design. The lower half of the dress features an attached peplum and contrasts nicely with the deep red velvet-feel skirt. The skirt front is in a burnished white between black and white striped layers with gold trim either side. The three large screen-printed hearts are separated with bold, regal crest shapes. The base of the skirt, just below also has a dual golden brocade trim and looks very regal.The costume also includes separate tulle petticoat that is worn over shoulders using comfortable shoulder straps and implements a drawstring neckline for variable and more importantly, comfortable fitting. The metal hoop is used to help create the desired flared gown shape. Instructions for how to assemble the costume are included. Completing the outfit are a black velvet choker with a red PVC jewel and Velcro fastening. The finishing touch is the gold and red sequined heart tiara with dangling jewels. Headband is comfortably worn and complements the other items excellently. This garment is professionally hem finished throughout, the quality can be seen and appreciated even more through touch. The costume is shipped in an appealing garment coverall with zipper closure and clothes hanger so you can proudly display the costume or hang in your wardrobe protected from any dust or moths.
